Product Introduction

The AHT20 is a new generation temperature and humidity sensor that sets a new standard in size and performance. It features a two-row flat pinless SMD package suitable for reflow soldering, with a bottom face of 3x3 mm and a height of 1.0 mm. The sensor outputs calibrated digital signals in standard IIC format. It is equipped with a newly designed ASIC dedicated chip and an improved MEMS semiconductor capacitive humidity sensing element, providing enhanced performance and stability in harsh environments. Each sensor is individually calibrated and tested, with the product lot number printed on its surface.
