The AHT30 is a new temperature and humidity sensor featuring low power consumption and high accuracy. It is embedded in a dual-flat no-lead SMD package suitable for reflow soldering, with a robust housing and compact dimensions, allowing easy integration into demanding designs. The AHT30 incorporates a newly optimized ASIC chip, an improved MEMS semiconductor capacitive humidity sensing element, and a standard on-chip temperature sensing element, delivering significantly enhanced performance and stable operation even in harsh environments.
