GXCAS GX18B20 1-Wire Digital Temperature Sensor
The GX18B20 is a programmable-resolution single-bus digital temperature sensor. It provides 9-bit to 12-bit temperature measurements and supports communication via a single bus protocol, requiring only one signal line and one ground line. The device can operate in parasitic power mode, drawing power directly from the signal line, eliminating the need for an external power supply. Each GX18B20 features a unique 64-bit serial code, allowing multiple sensors to be connected on the same single bus for distributed temperature sensing networks. This architecture enables a single processor to monitor multiple GX18B20 devices spread over a large area.
