SENSIRION SHT20 Digital Humidity & Temperature Sensor
The SHT20 humidity and temperature sensor is a fully calibrated, digital output sensor with an I2C interface. It is embedded in a reflow solderable Dual Flat No leads (DFN) package with a 3 x 3mm footprint and 1.1mm height. The sensor provides calibrated, linearized sensor signals in digital, I2C format. It contains a capacitive type humidity sensor, a band gap temperature sensor, and specialized analog and digital integrated circuits on a single CMOSens chip. Every sensor is individually calibrated and tested, with a lot identification printed on the sensor and an electronic identification code stored on the chip. The resolution can be changed by command (8/12bit up to 12/14bit for RH/T), and a checksum helps to improve communication reliability.
