SENSIRION SHT30-DIS-B2.5K Digital Humidity & Temperature Sensor
The SHT3x-DIS is a next-generation digital humidity and temperature sensor. It is built on a new CMOSens sensor chip, offering increased intelligence, reliability, and improved accuracy compared to its predecessor. The sensor provides fully calibrated, linearized, and temperature-compensated digital output. Its tiny DFN package has a footprint of 2.5 x 2.5 mm² with a height of 0.9 mm, allowing for integration into a wide variety of applications. The wide supply voltage range of 2.15 V to 5.5 V guarantees compatibility with diverse assembly situations.
