Product Introduction

The SHT4xI is a digital, 4th generation, high-accuracy, 16-bit, industrial-grade relative humidity and temperature sensor. It is designed to meet the demanding ESD and robustness requirements of industrial applications. The sensor is fully functional in condensing environments and supports reliable water activity measurement in oil. It features a variable power heater for advanced on-board diagnostics and is available with patented filter membranes for operation in harsh environments. The four-pin dual-flat-no-leads package is suitable for surface mount technology (SMT) processing.
