Product Introduction

The SHT4x is a 4th generation digital sensor platform designed for measuring relative humidity and temperature with high accuracy and ultra-low power consumption. It features a 16-bit resolution and operates within a supply voltage range of 1.08 V to 3.6 V. The sensor includes a power-trimmed internal heater with three heating levels, enabling reliable operation in demanding environments. The four-pin dual-flat-no-leads package is suitable for surface mount technology (SMT) processing and offers an optional patented on-package PTFE membrane or a removable protection cap. The SHT4x provides an I2C interface with multiple preconfigured addresses and supports CRC checksum for data integrity.
