Product Introduction

The TMF8805 is a direct time-of-flight (dToF) optical distance sensor module achieving up to 2500 mm target detection distance. It is a time-of-flight sensor in a single modular package with an associated VCSEL. The device is based on SPAD, TDC, and histogram technology and achieves a 2500 mm detection range.
