TE HTU20D Digital Humidity & Temperature Sensor
The HTU20D(F) is a digital relative humidity sensor with temperature output, housed in a reflow solderable Dual Flat No leads (DFN) package with a small 3 x 3 x 0.9 mm footprint. This sensor provides calibrated, linearized signals in digital I²C format. Every sensor is individually calibrated and tested. An optional PTFE filter/membrane protects the sensor against dust, water immersion, and contamination by particles while preserving a high response time.
