TRUSEE TSPD003 MEMS Piezoresistive Differential Pressure Sensor Module
TSPD003 is a CO2 gas detection sensor based on Photoacoustic Spectroscopy (PAS) technology. It integrates a black body chip, a high-sensitivity microphone, and an MCU controller. The black body chip emits infrared light at a specific wavelength. Inside a relatively sealed photoacoustic cell, the infrared light is absorbed by CO2 gas molecules, generating a weak pressure signal. The high-sensitivity microphone detects the pressure changes in the photoacoustic cell, and after processing by the built-in MCU algorithm, outputs the current CO2 gas concentration.
TSPD003 features a compact size. An external MCU can communicate with TSPD003 via the I2C interface or UART interface to read the CO2 concentration output or adjust the device configuration.
